Take out ramp at Gordonsville

Word has they are having the ribbon cutting ceremony in Oct. for the new ramp going in on the Caney at Gordonsville. Fell who lives in GF'ville told me he read it in the paper.

That would be a six hour, 13 minutes and 21 seconds float from the dam.

It was in today's tennessean. Their so-called outdoor section.

As you leaver G'ville heading for the dam, the road will split. Take the fork. The ramp will be on the right when you get to the river. It will be part of a park like thingie.

Oh, goody. Now the rental canoe operations won't be restricted to the upper section of the river next year.

thats awesome. I had no idea. I did the run from bettys to south carthage a while back and it took all day(only one generator for just a few hours). Thats good that there will be a acess point between there!
