That is the problem I will run into. Once the areas are cleared a finish mower is what I will need. Until then a trail cutter is what I need. I found a great deal on a finish mower (44" for 675.00 maybe 650.00 new) but may need a rough-cut instead. :(

If you're mowing a lawn, the finish mower is what you need. If you are mowing food plots, the rough-cut does a perfectly acceptable job.

Bryan, I know you are correct. Sometimes "saving" 1k is tempting, but I know I will use it and wish I had the better model. I hate spending money but love having nice gear.
