sweet & spicy bacon wraps

[KANATI McD]

cube tenderloin in 1" cubes
wrap with half a piece of bacon and toothpick

pour apox. 1 1/2 cups of sugar in a small bowl
add 2 1/2 TBs chili powder to sugar

roll cubed meat into mixture until well coated

cook at 300 deg. on grill until bacon is done

also works good with chicken

Sounds good. I may try that on a different cut of meat. Hate to spend that much on tenderloin and then make it taste like something else.
