Great story and congrats to Sophia!

But, Are we just gonna let this one sail on by?
I guess the DPJ is akin to brine, but what about the ranch? Does it get grilled or fried after that concoction?
I thought everyone knew about soaking turkey nuggets in dill pickle juice and ranch dressing (preferably for at least 8h... we only had time for 6h... so it wasn't quite as good), then dip in egg wash, flour, 2nd dip in egg wash, flour, then deep fry in peanut oil at 350 deg.

If you haven't tried it, you really must. It's that good. We don't eat a lot of deep fried foods at our house, but this is one exception. I'll usually do this a couple times a season, since been almost a year since the family has had it and we were all excited, and I wanted to give Sophia the honor of feeding our family last night.

I've eaten a lot of turkey (crow, too), but never tried the dill pickle juice.
Will hopefully be doing that soon :)
