Success #2 (literally)

9 yr olds first bird yesterday afternoon at 1:00 & first on the board for 2024!
17.4 lbs.
9.5" beard
1-1/8" spurs
He hung in there today until he got it done, congratulations!!

Funny story.
By 8:00 his dad had called in 4 different gobblers inside 30 yards. Lucus got so tore up & nervous that he had to take a dump in the woods. Then his dad had to bring him to their camper so he could take another . The bird he finally killed at 1:00 was 7th gobbler they called in!
