Stolen BassCat

Yesterday morning while I was out hunting, someone cut the lock and drove off with my 19ft silver BassCat. It had a 200hp mariner with red "Aint skeered" stickers on the hood. It has a red lightning bolt down the side and sat on a galvanized 2 axel trailer. I've filed sheriff's reports, etc.

Seriously, that's really awful, and then your insurance not wanting to cover it makes it even worse. That's got to be really frustrating.

Found my boat in pieces. The cops pulled up in a man's drive and he was sitting on my trailer with a chop saw going to town. My steering column and wiring was in a heap waiting to be burned out for scrap metal. My outboard was laying on the ground. What was left of my boat had been dumped off a bridge onto some rip rap. It was completely destroyed. The guy was out on parole, so he's headed back to the pokey thank God! I got a few of my rods back, but most stuff was gone. Insurance covers towing and 1k on the boat plus some of my equipment after I called a lawyer. Oh yeah, the guy said he didn't steal it, but found it and a bunch of other stolen goods in his yard.

The thing is people like this isn't worth wasting a bullet more less anything else. I think he should be on the DUMBEST criminals video. LMAO I'm just glad he got caught. Now he will be back in there with BIG BUBBA who's got about a foot of meat waiting on him. So he won't go hungry......

Like was said, sorry for your loss. If someone got hold of my Bass Boat it would get ugly real faast if I got ahold of them!

At least you got the motor and some fishing gear back. I would be watching his court dates and release closely cause I would get my pound or three of flesh too!!
