Sticky about hunting in the city limits

I had this link in my favorites because it comes up so often. Turkey season opens tomorrow and I was gonna pass it out to our patrol division so they wouldn't pop any hunters on Percy Priest WMA for city ordinance violation on shooting. I do this anytime the season for something opens. Can you repost the Atty General ruling on that and make it a sticky again?
