If I shoot a buck, I either have to shoulder mount it or DIY euro.

Skin head
Boil (between simmer and rolling boil) with dawn for 3h
Remove the bulk of the attached meat and tissue
Remove brain with a coat hanger with end rolled into a hook
Reboil with dawn for another hour
Pressure wash
Soak in 40vol clear diluted 1 part clear to 3 parts water for 24h. Do NOT get liquid on burrs.
Apply thin coat of 40 vol creme to the pedicles and skull cap between the antlers that was not submerged in the liquid
Wash off after 24h.
Mount

You can do a quick euro in a hour with a pressure washer. Turbo tip and 3000 psi. Oxiclean/dawn simmer, then whiten with 40 vol.

Out of state hunts you substitute the pressure washer for a car wash! Lol

A quick trick to get them whiter with that 40 vol cream is to apply the cream while the skull is good and wet. Wrap in plastic wrap and put near a heat source for about 24 hours. Even better to set it in the sun for a couple hours too.
Then take the wrap off, rinse with warm water and allow to dry.

40 vol cream worked great...appreciate it!
