Didn't see any st Patty's meals this year. Normally do corned beef and cabbage. This year went with bangars and mash. Love the green holiday. Thought I had taken pics but can't find them

No picks, but homemade bread with guiness, corned beef, mashed potatoes integrated with braised leeks and cabbage.

This was the first year in about 9 that I didn't do corned venison. Mostly because I didn't have enough whole-muscle in the fridge to do.

So I did a beef & Guinness stew that turned out pretty spectacular. No pics, unfortunately. Salted the meat, and poured a 16oz can of Guinness over it to sit in the fridge overnight. Mrs. TAFKAP browned the meat and simmered it in a gravy with veggies. Served with colcannon (mashed potatoes & cabbage)

Spectacular meal
