Seems like it is going to a good season this year. I have always squirrel hunted a lot, but after the low numbers of squirrels last year, I am really going to hunt hard this season. So with such a renewed interest in squirrel hunting on this site, I was wondering what are your goals as far as numbers or outings are. I hope a lot of people continue to partake in this southern tradition and have a successful season. My goal is to take 5 limits before bow season starts, so 4 more. What about your goals? I will definitely be back in the woods squirrel hunting, but as the bow season gets closer I will be focusing more on scouting. I hope to shoot a few more and make more dumplins. I ate some squirrel dumplins for lunch and they were mmm hmmm good.
