I have 3 Spypoints and I broke the antennae off one of them. Completely my fault and I told them so. I asked them to fix it and I would pay for the repair. I didn't have a receipt, but it was under warranty. They sent me a brand new camera at no charge and with a return label for the broken one. Considering I broke the camera being careless, I consider this going above and beyond.
