sportsman with milky oil

i have a 2005 polaris 500HO sportsman with milky oil.....
blown head gasket? coolant level is on the Min level.... i have had it 10 years and never added coolant...
condensation? it stays outside, sometimes frequent short trips....
it runs great just discovered when i checked the oil........
i was going to drain the oil and put new oil in but the oil drain plug on the external tank is seized..... the metal insert in the plastic tank turns with the plug so apparently its been this way for some time and corroded the drain plug.... the oil was last changed last september... it was fine at that point..

any advise?

Head gasket or water pump seal. I would replace the water pump seal, change oil, and monitor.

Had a Honda once that had a hole in the oil cooler letting water in from riding in rice fields.
