Purchased Nov 2021, it is now March 2022, I bought ONE camera originally and have added TWO additional cameras now, for a grand total of THREE cameras, and I have owned for 4 months, total now, and here is my breakdown of owning all THREE cameras to date (3-24-22):

Camera costs:
Camera #1- 499.95
Camera #2- 459.67 (christmas discount through spartan)
Camera #3-546.20 (state tax was not levied on camera #1 or #2 but was on camera #3)

Of note, all cameras are the GoLive version, verizon.

Data plan costs:
-data plan for first camera: $200
additional data for camera #3: $53.04 (prorated)
-additional data for camera #3: $41.41 (prorated)

Miscellaneous:
-Replacement antenna for camera (to replace broken one from a trapped racoon) : $31.45

DATA usage:
Total 4 month data usage since 11-18-22, including all cameras:

Batteries:
Batteries, lithium ion AA, energizer, on amazon: $30-40 per purchase time, these batteries vary greatly in their price on amazon, and currently they are $44.63 for a pack of 24, I will say $32 average, 3 times:

-I have bought 3 packs since November, the cameras have held the power relatively well. I did change the batteries once in the camera that I bought in November, I changed the batteries in mid January.

SD Cards:
-SD card, 128 GB per camera: 17.79 per SD card, SanDISK on amazon.

I will update this thread at the year mark. So far, the cameras have been awesome, but learning they do come with a price.

My total price for EVERYTHING:
$1,981.09....
for THREE CAMERAS, DATA, SD cards, and BATTERIES.

LESSON LEARNED, this brand is EXPENSIVE. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

WOW.

If you have a sams club membership you can get batteries much cheaper. $21/18 batteries. But yeah, that's ridiculous. I don't have close to that with 5 spypoints and 2.5 years of using them.
