Food Plots Sowing seed after round up?

Due to work and personal matters , I didn't get to tend my food plots this year as early as I like too. I cut a 1 acre spot roughly last week. just for kicks I was thinking about spraying it with round up and then sowing some wheat, rye etc in the standing grass, question is how long should I wait after poisoning? Or can I do it all in the same day?

I'm using a 41% gly mixture from Rural King that said for use on grass/weeds, you have to wait 7 days.
I think other brands say to wait up to 14 days. You'll have to check your individual label to be sure.

I would think you can do it all in one day.. the round up kill green plants.. has no effect on seeds..

We planted a few plots last month within a few hours of spray. No ill effects so far.

You can spray over the top of your seeds, as long as they haven't germinated yet.
