South Cherokee WMA

I was considering a bear hunt during the last rifle season but had a questions.If you have a Sportsmans liscense do you need any additional tags or permits for the WMA? Is the Sportsmans liscense enough to hunt bear at other Wma as well?

The sportsman's license (Type 004) covers open hunt permits. If it was a drawn hunt then you would be required a permit for that particular hunt.

I did not think that CNF had draw or quota hunts.

Party hunts were drawn hunts. You would need a permit for that particular hunt, but the Type 004 would cover the cost. General big game hunts are covered with the Type 004. Sorry for the confusion.
