He's not inside a fence. But the property is very protected on non huntable land. It's not gallatin steam plant either

You're able to take pics, they even have hiking trails in the area, but the land has buildings for TVA on it sometimes you see the bucks behind the buildings other times as you drive around. Some great bucks on the property, A couple years ago I City cop shot one and got busted doing it.

As far as huntable land near the property I don't know of any
