Ok heres the deal, a friend of mine died last summer. I work with his wife and he was a pretty slick gun guru. Well, she asked me to come over and pick up a few things that was his that she wanted me to have (couple of climbers, some coveralls, etc) and one of the things she wanted me to get was his reloading setup. So i took it home (4 big boxes of stuff) and it has just been sitting in my spare bedroom ever since. Its a dillon 55 progressive reloader with scales, tumbler, dies, the whole 9 yards. It came with dies for 38/357, 9mm, .270, .308, .40 and .45acp

Any idea for one, what this stuff is worth, and two, how hard is it to setup and properly use this stuff without a lot of knowledge about it? I'm not a moron, but have no experience with loading my own

Any advise or help would be great - thank yall in advance!!

A Dillon 550 press is around $400. bucks, dies could be anywhere form $25 to $70 depends on what dies you have, A cheap tumbler is around $50 to 75 bucks and scale could be any thing from elcheapo to several hunderd bucks. Those are ballpark figures not exacts. Get yourself a good reloading manual and owners manual for the dillon and go for it. reloading is a great hobby and you'll be amazed at the quality of the ammo you could make not to mention the cost savings.
