I needed to clear the freezer of some seafood and this seemed like a good way for it to go out. I rendered down some bacon then cooked some yellow onion and red potato in the grease. Then added smoked sausage and some shrimp stock. After that simmered a bit the bacon got thrown back in along with some garlic, Half and Half, shrimp, clams, scallops, and a few bluegill filets I found from last Spring. A hit of Worchestershire sauce finished it off. Not bad for a Friday lunch.
