Smoking Jackpot

Apple and Pecan are my favorite woods to smoke with. I have virtually unlimited access to Pecan in Alabama...but always had to buy apple. The Agricenter just cut down 3 apple trees. From the scraps I'm set for a couple of years now.

Yeah you lucky dog! It don't get any better than pork smoked with apple wood. Nice win.
