Brother’s birthday smoking

smoked some meats for my brother's birthday meal. Started at 5a two racks of ribs Kentucky bourbon the other two bourbon peach ribs. Brisket flat, poor man's burnt ends and other sides.

Smoked all beef hotdogs with rub for an hour then cut to the size of your liking put in aluminum cake pan with 1/4 cup brown sugar, stick butter cut into small chunks with bbq sauce in pan keep stirring while smoking for about an hour at 225-275 degrees
