Happy birthday! Mine would be biscuits and sausage gravy with about 4 eggs over easy. I eat the eggs regularly but I only get the B&G a couple of times a year one on my birthday and the other Christmas morning.

Wife is a good Tennessee cook. Good breakfasts but I prefer scrambled eggs. JMO. She has tried different things- onion and pepper mix, mixed veggies, bacon pieces (not fake bits) and lots of shredded cheese. Not much different than an omelette at IHOP. FWIW, I gained 11 lbs. in six months after we were married- bacon or sausage homemade biscuits and gravy! In 48-1/2 years, never had a canned biscuit. Couldn't blame the washing machine. Dang! Hardly wait until lunch!
