Cut roast into large cubes
slow cooked for 5 hrs in super secret bbq sauce, dilluted a bit with apple cider vinegar.
Served on Toasted bun with fresh slaw.

not bad. It was bit dry since there was no fat. Might put a few bacon strips in next time to lube things up a little.
 
i like to crock pot mine for about half a day then pull out shred it add little more bbq sauce n water or cider let it cook little while longer, really helps with the dryness. Your pic got me wantin to cook up some for tomorrow
