Shooting Range Question

Specifically in this instance, the question would pertain to the range on Yanahli: is the holder of a Lifetime License exempt from the fee schedule associated with utilizing a WMA shooting range?

I've got a couple youth hunters to get practiced up, and want to be sure I'm doing right by it.

Sorry, but I'm not sure on this one. It doesn't cover a range like Stones River, but I'm not sure on Yanahli.

Not TWRA but I called region 3 the other day about the tier 1 range permit for prentice cooper and was told it was not covered by my lifetime license.
