OF course I have been shooting for a while since recovering from a knee surgery in early June. Started a little rough, but pretty much dialed in now. I have only shot from a standing position but today thought I might need to shoot from a seated position. When I did that, my shots were off to the right (left handed shooter). I think it's probably because I can't get my shoulder completely turned. Am I correct in this assumption? Should I be concerned about this?

Agree with backyardtndeer. It sounds like it's an anchor issue. Best thing to do is keep shooting from a seated position and figure out what it is. You could also video yourself shooting from a standing position and then in a seated position to differentiate. I personally like shooting from a seated position so I think practicing that is crucial.
