Shelby Forest and Mississippi River Flooding

When do they cancel the quota hunts at Shelby Forest due to Miss. River flooding? It is supposed to be 28 feet on the Memphis gauge on Friday the 11th. I have been drawn for hunts next Mon, Wed and Sat (14th, 16th, 19th).
