Congrats to my son on a big, healthy doe yesterday at 5:14 pm. He made a great quartering away shot on her at 15 yds from an 18' elevated position. Not an easy feat. Grim Reaper mechanical did the job. She ran (more like, tumbled) down off the ridge, 80 yds at 145 ft elevation drop. Pretty much straight down. Needless to say, we got our workout getting her outta there.
