Scrapelines Again

I finally found a few scrapes this morning. In fact I found 3 scrape lines that intersect right where I hung my camera and they're all in timber and not on a logging road. I did walk out on a logging road adjacent to this area and counted 27 on the way out. With the exception of 4 or 5 of them they're all piping hot fresh. I'm tickled because all I've seen is a sporatic scrape here and there. Really unusual compared to the last 8 years. This is the spot I killed my best buck last year.

Again I don't set over scrapes but I like scrape lines and from what I've seen the timing indeed may be right. I'm guessing they're a week to 10 days from dropping off scrapes and climbing on does.

It's fascinating how much my area is a head. I had scrape lines the first few days of November. And bucks are already on the does here.
