Scope Mounting Question

This is my second scope mount job ever on my new CVA Accura. I noticed the rings on the left side meet the base more flush than the rings on the right side. Is this normal? I used loctite on the base and everything is very tight.

I think this is by design after looking at these pics. One side of the rings attach to the rail and the other side attach by screwing in the cross screw. The angles are different so one side does fit a little more flush to the rail while the other side grabs the rail.

hmm that's wild. I don't think I've ever seen mounts like this..

Is the scope level to the gun?

Yes...it should be level to the gun.

Dimensions sometimes vary a bit from manufacturer to manufacturer and between Picatinny rails and rings to Weaver style rails and rings. It looks like your's tightens down good and should be good to go.
