Savage ML Sighted good at 50..

What would it mean at 100 or 200?? I look through a Weaver 40/44/scope with the balistic x reticle. Shooting 43gn IMR sr 4759 with 250gr hornady xtp.

Top of the spine at 200 and just below spine at 100.

Thanks for the help. I clicked the elevation knob 8 clicks up (1 click = 1/4" at 100 yards [so i figure that 1 click = 1/8" adjustment at 50 yards] <-- someone please elaborate). So maybe this has it right on at 100. Either or, I don't guess an inch matter really that much on a deer at 100 yards.

Why not just shoot it at 100yds and see what it does?

Good shooting. If it were me, I would shoot it at 100 and 200 to see what it is really doing, and forget what others think it might be doing. What sabots were you using?

Thanks Andy. I'll have to do that. I am shooing the black sabots that come with the xtp's.

That is a lot of left and right for only at 50 yards. Take it to a 100 and fire for effect!
