I would think about any 80 grain SP would be good. I've taken some coyotes while deer hunting with my .243's and handloaded 100 grain soft points. They left nothing to be desired. I'm just getting into coyote hunting seriously myself and am currently in love with the 22/250.

I'd PM redblood. He'd probably know.

Don't shoot factory stuff in my 243. But an 87 gr. VMAX pushed by a max load of either of the 4831's is instant doggie death. :tu:

Find a variety of 55-80 gr varmint bullets, and see what your gun likes. The factory Hornady 58 gr VMax load has shot well out of 3 different .243s for me. Never killed a yote with that load, but laid waste to a few groundhogs with it. Devastating is a good word.

Barrel twist rate will have some affect on what it shoots well. Find out the twist rate and see if it will shoot heavier bullets or if you will need to stay mainly with 55 gr and below.

.243, not .223

I have tried several factory loading for the three 243 rifles I hunt with. The most accurate in 2 of the 3 rifles is the Hornady 58 Vmax varmint ammo in the superformance box. Expensive but very fast and accurate. Two of my rifles shoot the Winchester SuperX 80 gr pointed soft point under an half an inch at 100 yards. Cost is much better than Hornady.
If you are going to reload, I suggest trying Sierra 60 Hollow Point with IMR4064 powder. Work up safely to just under max powder loads. I have not had a 243 that did not like this combination. Two of my Savages give slightly better accuracy in heavier bullet weights using bullets with a flat back rather than boat tail design.
