Same buck?

I think this is the same buck, but not sure. If so, he's old enough his rack is getting smaller. Was trying for him all last year, never saw him live. Will be my #1 and only buck I'll shoot unless another mature one shows up.

Gotcha. Now it makes sense. I completely missed it. Still not sure if it's same buck or not but the buck in first pic looks plenty mature. If it is the same buck then yeah he's going downhill. I'd be interested in seeing his teeth. Hope you're able to get on him!
 
Hard to say for sure from the two pics, but I don't think it's the same deer.
Not doubting you, what are you seeing that makes you think that? Why I think it could be the same one - there's very few deer with a body that size on my farm, and to be that big and a six point would be unusual. There's also the extremely small brow tines, on a deer that size is somewhat unusual.

The frame, mainly the left side just doesn't look like the same characteristics to me from what I can see in your pic, but another pic from the same angle would help a lot.
