I believe it's starting to kick in around here. Have seen an increasingly amount of dead deer on the roads just over night and my buddy text this morning and said he saw a big buck dogging a doe. I was also on the way home and saw a nice buck in a field following a doe. I expect the bucks to be chasing hard in the morning with the temps dropping. Gonna give it a shot and see if I can't get on a buck!

My 10 year old son killed an 8 pointer this weekend who was half heartedly chasing a doe. His buck was 2.5 year old so I think we are still a week or so out before the big boys get going. This was on Hamilton meigs line. It's getting close for sure.

I'm right outside Bradley and the only thing chasing was two yotes, while I watched the deer go up the hill
