I don't have firsthand experience there... and do you mean JPP or OH? I suspect there would be a difference in water temps since OH is Cumberland-fed and typically cooler.
But I'd say not very much discernable difference. OH water temps might be cooler... but much of spawn is also driven by length and amount of daylight and other variables (such as localized weather conditions and rainfall). It's not strictly temperature.
PLUS, I always emphasize this... "The Spawn" for any fish species doesn't happen instantly, all at once. It's not like every bass in the lake suddenly decides it is times to spawn and all they run for shallow water.
It is a gradual curve with a peak... but many fish of all species spawn early, while other spawn late. So there are always going to be fish in transition.
It just kills me when I hear folks say, "You can't catch "Species A or B" right now because they're all spawning."
There is NEVER a time when they are all spawning.
And there are unexplainable variables such as deer rut. It's well documented that peak of rut here is usually around Thanksgiving... yet go a mere 3 hours South to White Oak and they say peak rut is January.
