Rock River A4 gas block ?

I want to get the low profile gas block because I dont want what used to be the front sight/gas block because I had the sight cut off just above the gas block. Anyway, how would the low profile block in that link stay in place? There are no holes for the block pins to keep it in place?

Set screws from the bottom. Line it up good so the gas-block port hole is aligned with the gas port in the barrel and tighten the allen screws. A better option is:
