These were at the NWTF show. While it is legal in some states, I see no legal use for it in TN. The vendor said that you could absolutely use it here as long as you were on your own land or handicapped. I say he is wrong. If I'm right, he misled some folks who may not be bright enough to check the regs.
Is he right and I misunderstood the laws about hunting from a vehicle?

If the person is permanently confined to a wheel chair and has authorization from the Executive Director, it would be legal.

Otherwise, as the regulations currently stand, it would be illegal for all other hunters on both public and private lands.
