My grandfather was a big collector over in Ft. Smith. I hunted with him many times in the hills and along the streams over there. He even had pottery and some tools that were quite valuable. Love that stuff.
That one you found is quite large and in FANTASTIC condition!

I think if you are on any federal or state land it is prohibited.
I know Mousetail Landing State Park says nothing can be picked up and taken off the park.
