This is an old Quick n Quiet originally belonging to Bowriter and passed down to me by SCN. I've used it a lot the past 2 seasons, and with some mid summer anticipation of deer season, decided to make it a little better. The paint will eventually chip from wear and tear, but that won't hurt the camo much anyway.

I have posted it in the DIY sub forum with a list of materials for those interested. I didn't spend much money on it

Here are the pics of the process:

Looks great, Jon.

Just remember our deal that it doesn't go on a tree unless a safety harness does as well.

I'm glad you have enjoyed it.
I haven't forgotten the deal and I'm always wearing the summit harness before I leave the ground. Thanks again for passing it on

That looks great! Those pics make me want to paint my old API climber. Gonna go read your other DIY post.
you can probably do better paint job than me because I did minimal prep. Probably will chip off with the other paint that was starting to chip off. But it will still be camo either way... I used weeds growing in the yard and cut one paper stencil to make the camo pattern.

Looks very nice.

You used Yard & Garden stuff (don't call it weeds) as camo background, good thinking.
