Recommendations for WY Elk Fishing Needed

Got our SPECIAL Elk Fishing tags in mail today!!! Any input on gear, tactics,etc would be greatly appreciated since this will be our first year elk fishing. My interpretation is that it is going to be legal for us to catch elk & shoot fish.

With the wealth of knowledge here I know TNDeer won't left me down.

For $6K worth of license, maybe something new to compensate the NR. Looks like landowner coupons as well, don't have to worry about corner crossing now either. Usually get kissed after getting screwed, so maybe their way to make the cost a little more palatable

Rob hates NRs, he wouldn't even come into camp when @Buzzard Breath & I were there! He & @AT Hiker got plumb tight since they were locals
