Reboarding ladder

My biggest fear when winter fishing alone is falling into the water with heavy clothes on and not being able to get back into the boat. Not really wanting to put more holes in my boat, I've been eyeing some ladders that mount to the jack plate. Anyone have any experience with any of these or have a ladder they'd recommend?

I have the same concerns about getting back in if I am by myself. This is what I ended up getting:

I went with the camo version that was a little cheaper.

A boat I had a long time ago had one drilled into the jack plate. It was a single step. It really added no additional benefit as it would have been just as easy to stand on the lower unit.
