I saw 7 in the rain this evening, 6 does and a 2 year old 8 point.

A shot rang out across the road from me tonight right at the close of hunting hours. It's been raining off and on all day and then 15 minutes after dark it came a downpour. I was walking the dogs at dusk thinking I should have gone hunting, light wind, no rain. The weather wasn't that bad.

A light rain is the best thing ever with insanely high temps. Cools the deer off a bit so they can move without overheating.

We have had dandelions blooming
