Rage Broadhead question

So I came across a great deal on rage crossbow 125 gr. Broadheads at Tractor supply the other day. I got 4 packs of 3 with the practice head for $9 each. So I got a dozen for the price of 3. I think these are the old style. They are orange with 2 blue rubber bands. I looked at some the other night at Academy sports and they have some new type retainer ring.
Question is, can I just shoot these in my compound with one rubber band instead of 2?

So ignore my ignorance. I have been shooting Swhackers for the last 5 years. Never even opened or looked at a rage. I see now that they have shock collars. I watched a YouTube video where a guy explanded the different shock collars, but didn't go into kinetic energy etc, or how the blades deploy.

However, do you think these Would deploy our of a 70 lb, Mathews Switchback? Or should I buy a different shockcollar?
