With deer season closed now how many are getting ready to run some rabbits hot and heavy?

Me,we went for the first time last sunday,only got 1 up and it went to a hole.

Started about the 1st of December, got 14 last hunt out in the snow.

I'll be going this week. And next week. Probably the week after. No dogs. I just bust brush. I see them all year and know about where they are.

Will hunt every weekend till the end of season. Got another dog yesterday, ran her today. She is a good'em

I have a hill side grown up about 3 years now that is thick and and i would say there are plenty of rabbits in it(not sure but seen some there before)...any one have some dogs and want to give it a try pm me or something...my field is 20 acres and is a fairly steep hillside..ive never hunted rabbits with dogs before

Heres some we got couple hunts ago where I actually remembered to have someone take a pic. 12 in the bag, 2 more ruined by a rookie shooting too close. Im afraid our days of killing 30 plus on a hunt are over, its hard to even hit 20 now, between 10-15 is getting more common. Its getting rough.
