Quick and Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake

2 (8oz) pkgs Philadelphia Cr. Cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup sugar (divided into 1 cup and 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
2 (8oz) cans of crescent rolls
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of honey

Preheat oven to 350
spray Pam in a 9 X 13 Baking dish

Beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and vanilla until smooth. Unroll dough. Using a rolling pin, shape 2- 9 X 13 rectangles. Press one into bottom of 9 X 13 dish. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture into dish over dough. Cover with the second 9 X 13 pastry. Stir together 3/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Dot mixture over top. Bake 30 minutes (until browned). Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Cool completely before cutting into 12 squares.
(we can't usually wait for it to cool, lol)
