My nephew (non-resident) is 12 and has hunter safety card. I'm a non resident with license.. so can I carry him hunting on juvenile this weekend? ?

Yes. If he is on private land he doesn't need anything past his HS card. If he is on a nonquota WMA he will need a Type 94 permit.

SCN, What do I do if he shoots one?? As far as tagging it and how will that be handled at check in station???

You will need his SS# so the checking station can set him up with a TWRA profile. He is not required to have a tag for his first deer (or calendar day's kill). Once he check in the animal(s), he will have permanent kill tags for all of the carcasses, and a temporary kill tag to use from that point on.

But, you will need that social security number to create his profile.

If Landowner? Then no. You can check on the apprentice license as well. I'm not TWRA, so check with them in the TWRA forum. scn will be there regularly.
