So, went out today and my traditions tracker the primer keeps falling out of the breach plug. How do I fix this? Do I need a new breach plug? If so we're do I get one? Don't seem to see them online.

Sounds like your breech plug is missing the primer retaining spring that holds the primer in place.
That's what I was thinking but I can't find a breach plus that looks like this one online. I guess I may need to reach out too traditions.
