Prime Rib Question

Just buy a prime rib beef roast, publix usually has pretty good deals. You can have the butcher trim if necessary. Make a paste (olive oil, kosher salt, crushed peppercorns, garlic, rosemary, or anything else you can think of) and coat the meat and roast at 350 degrees. Cook about 20 minutes per pound. I can still taste the crust it makes.

Had a nice dinner one night and then for the next couple days had killer sandwiches.
