Has anybody heard anything from there? I'm sure with the ice up it's been busy?

I went to a running creek channel with open water Wed morning and didn't see a single duck from first light to 9:30a when I left. Lots of ice elsewhere, I couldn't venture out to the larger parts of the lake.

It usta be good at times with an ice up, I've seen huge rafts of dux at the mouth of Hamilton creek. But it was about a hit or miss situation as I've seen. Sometimes migrating mallards and other big dux, more often divers and mergansers, most often nothing.
