Pretty good morning

[RUGER]

It's always good when I spend time with my son but today was awesome.
Bite was much slower than I figured it would be but we managed 27 between the two of us.

Beautiful morning as we got there.

This one had her lipstick on lol

Second cast with a pumpkinseed lizard lol
5 pounds

Then this happened lol
6 pounds 5 ounces and one HECK of a fight that included it jumping two feet out of the water!
My first TARP largemouth. 23" long.
Just a great morning.

Nice! I hit the water at 0400 this morning on Old Hickory. They were in the cane grass and a buzzbait clobbered them. Beautiful full moon and glass calm water.

I think that qualifies as an AWESOME morning. Congrats on the tarp bass! Seems like you two have it dialed in this year.
That catfish would have went home with me for fish tacos

congrats. better than my day. the highlight of my day, i got to watch a dude try to unload his pontoon for 20 minutes only for him to figure out he forgot to disconnect his winch hook.

Ken left Friday afternoon and I text him yesterday afternoon and he said it was hard fishing and lots of moss.
They came home Friday night!
He never goes for less than 3 days so it must have been really bad !

I was hoping that wouldn't happen. Sometimes it can be terrible. Have to keep watch for when it slacks off now. Late summer and fall, I got a feeling I am going to be over there some.
