MFJJ is kind of annoying but does seem to know his stuff from a technical standpoint. Always impressed me as more focused on elk. Don't matter for me and my blown shoulder though.

It'll be in Ashland City. When they said "north Nashville" I got excited because north Nashville to me is the Bass Pro/Opry Mills area. Ashland City is technically north but mostly west of Nashville.

But people who actually live here don't call certain parts of Nashville north, south, east or west based on what's actually the correct direction so it's always a toss up.

Whats embarrassing about an awesome archery tech and an awesome archery store coming to TN?
This to me looks like another mohawked west coast hipster carpetbagging making his way to middle tennessee to sell overpriced "cool" brands. I'm sure he'll have plenty of stickers for the back windows of trucks to go along with the yeti and costa ones already there.
I hope its a miserable failure and they go back home but I know it won't be.

Plus if its going in Ashland City, Cheatham County has been somewhat spared the disaster that nashville has brought to the other counties around it, Cheatham doesn't need to get on the radar for developers and anything drawing attention to it does that.

I hope he has the best buisness in TN, has everything archery related anybody could want, good prices, very knowledgeable, and all around pretty good guy. The archers within driving distance are gonna have a great shop and benefit every one around. My only complaint is he didn't come farther east!! Best to really research some things before you judge it and condemn it. Anyways hope he is successful and everyone around benefits!

I wish they had gone east too so at least we agree on that. 👍🏻 Im sick of people moving here, its ruining the place.

I live in Montgomery county and we really need a pro shop around. Especially one that carries and services all the major bow manufacturers. As far as mfjj goes he seems like a good human and his heart is not full of hate so I welcome him. Matter of fact there's a few around here I would gladly trade him for 😂

Well lets just bring the whole population of the globe here! All 8 billion! Everybody can have about 3 square feet to live in. 🤣😉

But what about all the southern gentlemen selling "overpriced cool brands" across the state?

Weird gripe

Those Southerners stuff might be overpriced but at least it doesnt come with 10 more people moving here.
I've seen it over and over, a young one move here and in a little while mom and dad do too to be near the kids then grandma has to make the move also and in a few years it becomes the place everybody hates.

Awfully broad brush to paint with but ok.

Never can have enough good knowledgeable shops around.

You need to crawl back under your rock

Looks like it is going to be right behind the new Hampton Inn and Exxon in Ashland City and will be named Nashville North Archery.

Named "Nashville North" but it's in Ashland City and it's west of nashville.....makes all the sense in the world.
I bought my RV at "Lazydays RV of Nashville". Surprise!! It's in Murfreesboro.

I think some of this is just marketing guys that think the "Nashville" name recognition will help them. And it might, who knows.

Jobs create a better economy.

You didn't watch the video did you. HE isn't moving here. He is just opening another shop for logistic/shipping reasons. It will be cheaper for him to ship to most places from the Tennessee location vs the Washington state locations. It sounds like he is really after the online sales market that Lancaster Archery seems to have monopolized. I like a lot of his tuning video material. I've always been more of a target archery person and not archery hunting...most shops here only cater to hunters. There's a lot of target archers from that area of TN and Kentucky so they'll have another option to go to...and of course hunters will get service too.

Hey CT, If you are in the Nashville area and want a more target centered shop check out Music City Archery in Franklin (Nashville South!!!! )

Have any of you been there yet?
I have stopped in as it is on my way home from work. Matt Eddie that many will know from this site and the Archery Den is running the day to day. The setup is really nice, they are still trying to get all their inventory but already have quite a few bows and accessories. I am planning to get some new strings and cables done within the next few weeks.

Thanks for the update.

I went by and saw Matt and picked up another release. I need another release like a hole in the head but I have an addiction.

His prices are actually pretty good and you can always use his MFJJ code for even better deals. When I got my new bow this year I had to get the upgraded kit for my LCA bow press because the old fingers were too narrow. I ordered the kit directly from LCA's website in May and it immediately said 3 week back order. First off here shortly the new shop will probably have 99% of all obscure things we've always had to order in stock.

After leaving his shop the other day I went home and canceled my order with LCA that still hadn't come in 8 months and ordered off his website. His price for the same thing was cheaper plus a discount code, it shipped the next day and I've had it for a bit and it's installed and been used.

If it takes an out of stater to get some inventory and service around here I'm all for it.
