But was checked in as a Stewart Co kill
yesterday, gentleman had already
tagged a FTC buck.

If I was that guy, and you posted this, you would have a problem larger than you wanted to solve. The story may or may not be true, but spreading gossip is one of the lower levels of human nature.

I agree 110%. I always cut someone off when they start a sentence with "I heard or so and so said". Don't understand the self fulfillment a person would get even posting this. There's only two people that judge the things we do in life Landman and that's the law and God and I'm pretty sure your neither one.

IMO, IF he is a poacher, he SHOULD have his pic posted all over the interwebs. Maybe a little public shaming will cut down on it. That being said, I would be DARN sure he was guilty before posting his pic.

I hope the guy killed the buck legally. If he didn't, I hope he gets in trouble for it.

Hope so because I don't. It's not our place to judge. Most are just saying until he is guilty in a court of law it's not anybodys business to post things like this. Until the man in a black robe strikes his gavel then leave it be man.

One of roommates in college did this exact thing. Lots of fines and lifetime ban from hunting Ft Campbell is what he got.

Everyone read the first sentence of landmans post. He was just starting a thread about the story. I opened FB this evening and this was the first thing that popped up for me. I agree the guy is innocent until proven guilty but FB compared to TNDeer? C'mon, just relaying a story.

Forgive me for my ignorance but I'm a little confused...did he poach him off FC or somewhere else? Seems like they would have a military base well guarded...wouldn't they identify a poacher quickly? I've never been to the Fort so I don't know what there security looks like just seems lacs to me? Amazing deer tho!

Wow, I'm amazed that this poacher received all this support from our members.

Kinda what I was thinking, I dont know Landman personally but dont think he would post a pic of the poacher without having a real good idea he did it. Well what is his name and where is he from.
